Presenting my recent creation, the Supermarine Spitfire,
For the modeling phase, Autodesk 3ds Max served as the primary tool, enabling the meticulous construction of the Supermarine Spitfire. The final model boasts a composition of 42,124 triangles.
The execution of the texturing process took place within Substance Painter. Subsequently, for the phases of lighting and rendering, Autodesk Maya Arnold was used.
Faced challenges in finding the right balance between keeping texture quality high and minimizing polycount.
To protect texture details, I divided exterior and interior into separate shaders. The toughest part was dealing with the interior, identifying and referencing numerous gauges.
